The project: is a charitable rehabilitation and recreation center for Ukrainian orphans «DREAMLAND
Objective: We are seeking to raise USD 2 250 000,00 to establish a dedicated children’s camp in Ukraine, providing free rehabilitation and recreational programs for orphaned children directly affected by the Russian military’s aggression.
Why Focus on Orphaned Children Affected by Armed Aggression?: We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Ukrainian children who have lost parents or homes due to the war endure significant emotional and physical hardships. By creating a specialized camp, we will offer them a supportive community, educational enrichment, and therapeutic recreational activities to foster healing and personal development.
Our Vision Safe and Supportive Rehabilitation: We plan to acquire or develop a facility that provides comfortable lodging, nutritious meals, and a variety of recreational and therapeutic options tailored to each child’s needs. This includes sports, arts and crafts, group therapy sessions, and cultural programming. Our team of volunteers, counselors, medical professionals, and social workers will deliver comprehensive, holistic support extending well beyond simple recreation.
Our overarching goal is to restore hope, build friendships, and strengthen resilience for each child’s future.
How the Funds Will Be Used: we aim to secure a suitable property—whether through purchasing land in a quiet, green region of Ukraine or acquiring an existing retreat in a scenic location such as the Carpathian Mountains. Once the site is in place, we will focus on renovations or construction to ensure safe dormitories, dining facilities, activity halls, and outdoor areas. We will also allocate funds to train educators, psychologists, and social workers with expertise in conflict-related trauma. Essential supplies—including beds, sports equipment, art materials, and specialized therapeutic tools—will help us provide a well-rounded program. Finally, part of the budget will go toward transportation, ensuring children from any region of Ukraine can access the facility free of charge.
Expected Impact and Benefits: This camp will serve children who have lost family members or been displaced due to military actions, ensuring they receive vital physical, emotional, and social support. Through structured activities, we will promote healing and development, while group-oriented experiences will help them rebuild trust and social connections. Over time, this initiative will aid in healing Ukraine’s next generation, offering hope where it is urgently needed and demonstrating the international community’s solidarity in the face of Russian aggression.
Partnerships and Transparency: We intend to work with local and international NGOs, child welfare institutions, and volunteer networks to identify eligible children and coordinate their transportation to the camp. We will maintain transparent financial and operational processes - from property acquisition or upgrades to staffing, supplies, and ongoing facility operations. Regular updates will keep donors and stakeholders informed of our progress, success stories, and any arising challenges.
